- Hired by owner to serve as project manager. As part of scope, CRA managed general contractor, architect, structural engineer as part of value-add renovation including major façade renovation, new electrical service and distribution throughout high rise building, upgraded elevator, unit upgrades and common areas.
- Worked closely with interior designer (Avenir Creative) to upgrade common area and units
